  1. Management of tropical infrctious diseases in infants, children, and adolescents (viruses, bacteria, fungi, and parasites)
  2. Identification and management of fever or fever of unknown cause
  3. Ration the use of anti-microbial drugs, particularly antibiotics
  4. Plan and act to prevent infectious diseases in infants, children, and adolescents


  • Routine and complete examination of blood, urine and feces
  • Culture and culture of blood, urine, sputum and other body specimens
  • Anti-microbial drug resistance test
  • Radiological examination (X-rays, USG, CT Scan, MRI)
  • Serological examination of pathogens (Ag and Ab)
  • Direct detection of PCR-causing pathogens
  • Examination of markers of infection (procalcitonin and CRP)
