- Conduct initial intake of new patients.
- Recording medical history, examination and patient management.
- Maintaining patient medical records.

- Counseling regarding diseases and healthy lifestyles.

- Conduct specialist case reference.
- Issuance of health/sickness certificates as required.
Generally, patients of the General Outpatient Clinic will be supplied with a prescription for medication and/or a referral to a specialist.
IGD
The Emergency Room (IGD) provides first aid in cases defined as emergencies, diagnosing and treating acute illnesses and injuries the require immediate action. Patients presenting at the emergency room will be assessed and assigned a priority on a 3-point system. Priority 1 cases are considered serious and life-threatening and will be treated immediately. Priority 2 cases are deemed as minor emergencies. Priority 3 cases are non-emergency cases.
