Syarat dan Ketentuan
- Paket Mobile MCU berlaku minimal > 50 orang.
- Apabila peserta < 50 orang, maka akan dikenakan biaya tambahan sebesar Rp 1.000.000,00 per kunjungan.
- Wajib puasa selama 10—12 jam sebelum pemeriksaan.
- Semua tes dan pemeriksaan di dalam paket tidak dapat ditukar, dikembalikan, diganti, atau dipindahkan ke orang yang berbeda.
- Mengenakan pakaian dan sepatu yang nyaman.
- Peserta WAJIB membawa KTP asli dan fotokopi KTP sebanyak 1 rangkap.
