The IGD (Emergency Room) is for patients who require immediate emergency attention by expert doctors and nurses. The IGD at RSBP Batam also houses the STEMI and Trauma Center which is staffed by doctors and nurses who are highly experienced and supported by cutting-edge tools such as the AutoPulse device, which is currently the only one available in the Riau Islands Province.
